  • "I've been working with Laura one on one for strengthening my core. I had severe back issues because of a weakened core after 2 emergency c-sections. Laura is extremely knowledgable about postpartum bodies and I trust her 100% I've had other fitness professionals do the wrong type of exercise for my core issues and they caused more harm than good. The difference I've seen since working with her is amazing! I still have a long way to go but I've seen major improvements. Note, I am NOT a fitness type but Laura makes it simple and fun! I strongly recommend checking her classes and gym out."

  • "I have been working with Laura for several years. When I met Laura, CrossFit and running were my source of fitness, so I thought I had it all under wraps. I had my strength and cardio training, so I was golden! I had one problem though, my body wasn’t making any progress. There were no changes in my body composition and very slow muscle gain, which was frustrating because I was working so hard! I didn’t realize how strong my “diet mentality” was, and all the rules I had in my head about food. It had become so confusing to me, never knowing what to eat and then the negative feelings that eating “the wrong” foods created, I was in a cycle of reward/punish/binge/cringe.
